Bug Fixes & game play tweaks:
- Added sound and music to the game
- Bug Fixe Ransomware now stops points
- Bug Fix where car would jump when magnet was activated
- Increased the Buffers slow down mechanic
- Increased the prices for power up
- Decreased the time power ups last
- Viruses now spawn closer to the center of the screen
