After creating rough level design plans in photoshop I began implementing them in unity as at this point a working prototype of the slingshot mechanic had been made so I would be able to playtest the jumps. I quickly discovered that whilst the images did help to give me a rough guide to follow as soon as I had to make a change to account for distance the whole plan would be thrown and need to be altered.

I created a whole prefab system for all the models using cubes that way they could be imported in easily without having to alter the level design too much and speed up the process.

I was then able to create the levels for the alleyway and apartment zones, testing them as I made them to make sure they were doable.
